Unlimited classes for 12 months ($11.58 per class based on taking 3 classes per week)

After the 12 months ends, it will auto renew to a month-to-month basis until canceled. 

To cancel before 12 months please provide proof of residence change 30 miles outside of our location, or a doctor's note.
